These Terms of Service govern all purchases made through thevipwebdesign.com from The VIP Web Design di Conti Sergio, Via dei Nardi, 15, 50056 Montelupo Fiorentino FI, Italy, VAT IT06148350484 (the "Studio"), by any person or entity placing an order (the "Client"). By completing a purchase you accept these Terms in full.
The Studio provides digital web design services including but not limited to: Premium Business Site, Luxury E-Commerce, Rapid Rebuild, Campaign & Sales Pages, and the VIP Protection Plan. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods or media are sold or shipped.
Orders are placed through the website and payment is completed via Stripe, Inc. at the time of order. All prices are in Euro (EUR) and are listed excluding Italian IVA (22%), which is added at checkout for applicable orders. Payment must be received before project work begins. The Studio reserves the right to cancel any order it cannot reasonably fulfil and will issue a full refund in such circumstances.
Project work begins following receipt of payment and completion of the initial brief session. The Client is responsible for providing required content, brand assets, and access credentials in a timely manner. Delays caused by the Client's failure to supply materials do not entitle the Client to a refund or compensation.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided on the service pages and in the brief confirmation. These are estimates from the date the brief session is completed and all required Client materials are received. Timelines are not guarantees and may extend if the Client requests scope changes or delays feedback. The Rapid Rebuild service carries a two-week delivery commitment conditional on Client content delivery by end of day one of the project.
Each service includes a defined number of structured revision rounds (see service page for specifics). A revision round is a single consolidated review and feedback document. Revisions requested outside the included rounds, or revisions that represent a change in brief rather than a refinement of the agreed direction, are billed at the hourly rate of €34.60/hr.
The Client must provide accurate business information at checkout. The Client must respond to Studio requests for feedback or materials within 10 business days. Projects where the Client does not respond for 30 or more calendar days may be placed on hold and rescheduled at the Studio's discretion.
On receipt of full payment, all project-specific design deliverables (Figma files, developed website code specific to the Client's project) become the intellectual property of the Client. The Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the Client requests written confidentiality before project commencement. The Studio retains all rights to reusable code frameworks, templates, and tooling used in the production process.
The Studio warrants that deliverables will conform to the agreed brief. Post-launch support periods are defined per service. Beyond the warranty period, ongoing support is available at the hourly rate. The Studio is not liable for issues caused by third-party hosting, plugins, or software outside the scope of the delivered project.
The Studio's total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the fees paid for that project. The Studio is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florence (Tribunale di Firenze), Italy.
