All services provided by The VIP Web Design are delivered digitally. No physical products, media, or printed materials are produced or shipped. There are no postal, courier, or shipping costs associated with any order.
Project deliverables are provided via: Figma shared links (design source files), live website URL (for developed and launched sites), email documentation including guides, walkthrough videos, and redirect mapping documents. On request and where applicable, video walkthrough sessions are provided via Zoom or Google Meet.

Timelines are estimates based on typical project complexity. Actual delivery depends on Client feedback turnaround speed, content delivery, and revision requests. All timelines begin after both the brief session is completed and all required Client content and assets have been received by the Studio.
Within one business day of payment confirmation, the Studio contacts the Client to schedule the initial brief session. The brief session is typically conducted by video call and takes 60–90 minutes. If the Client is unavailable for the brief session within 14 days of payment, the project may be rescheduled to the next available slot.
Delivery is confirmed by email from hello@thevipwebdesign.com containing a live URL, Figma file links, or other agreed deliverables. If you have not received a delivery confirmation within the agreed estimated timeline plus 5 business days, contact hello@thevipwebdesign.com immediately.
Support hours purchased at checkout or via add-ons are available for use within 60 calendar days of the final delivery confirmation. Support hours are used by email request. Unused hours within this period are forfeited — they represent reserved developer capacity, not a bank of time that rolls over indefinitely.
The VIP Protection Plan is activated within 5 business days of payment. For sites the Studio did not build, a two-week onboarding audit commences first. Monthly reports are delivered by email on the first business day of each calendar month.
If delivery is delayed because the Client has not supplied required content, brand assets, or access credentials within 10 business days of a formal request, the project is placed on administrative hold. The timeline restarts when the required materials arrive. No refund is available for delays caused by the Client.
