When you contact us or place an order we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and country. If you submit a contact form, we also retain the content of your message. Payment data is processed entirely by Stripe, Inc. — we do not receive, store, or have access to any card details.
Your personal data is processed under GDPR Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the following legal bases: (a) performance of a contract, or pre-contractual steps at your request; (b) compliance with legal obligations applicable to us as an Italian business; (c) our legitimate interest in operating and improving our services.

Invoicing records and contract documentation are retained for 10 years as required by Italian fiscal law (D.P.R. 633/72).
